Rebecca has more than 25 years of experience as a senior Human Resources leader. She specializes in the placement of C-suite and senior-level leaders across manufacturing, distribution, nonprofit, and higher education organizations. She has led searches for executive and functional leadership roles, partnering with privately held and mission-driven organizations to identify talent aligned with their strategic and operational needs.
Rebecca is known for her ability to assess leadership capability and cultural fit, helping clients make confident hiring decisions. Her background in nonprofit and higher education environments, combined with her experience as an HR executive, allows her to bring a practical, real-world perspective to each search engagement.
Prior to joining KLR, Rebecca held senior HR leadership roles with North Shore Community College, Children’s Friend in the Greater Providence and Rhode Island School of Design. She leverages this experience to partner closely with clients, ensuring each search delivers leaders aligned with organizational culture and long-term objectives.
