Rebecca is a Partner on the KLR Executive Search team. She has more than 25 years of experience in a private setting as a Human Resources professional. Rebecca brings expertise associated with the often-unique talent needs of clients in non-profit and higher education spaces. Most recently she worked for North Shore Community College and prior to that Children's Friend in the Greater Providence Area.

When not at KLR, Rebecca spends her time with family, completing road races, and volunteering at various nonprofit organizations. Whether it’s at work or in her personal life, Rebecca finds enjoyment in matchmaking and bringing people together.
