Katherine brings more than 14 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, with a track record of partnering with organizations to build and strengthen leadership teams. Her background includes working closely with business leaders and talent functions, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how companies attract, evaluate, and retain top talent.

Throughout her career, Katherine has led search engagements for organizations ranging from emerging companies to established enterprises. She has supported hiring across a range of functions, including IT, engineering, healthcare, finance and accounting, HR, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and life sciences. Her experience spans both growth-oriented and complex hiring environments, where aligning talent with business objectives is critical.

At KLR Executive Search, Katherine will focus on executive and senior-level recruitment, further expanding the firm’s ability to support clients in building high-performing leadership teams.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
