Katherine brings over 14 years of experience in executive search, with a background that includes working closely with talent acquisition leaders, sales executives, and HR professionals. This experience has given her a strong understanding of how high-performing teams are built and how organizations attract and retain top talent.

She has developed long-standing relationships across New England and is known for her thoughtful approach to aligning candidates with both culture and business objectives. Katherine partners with organizations across multiple industries to identify and secure leadership and professional talent that supports long-term growth.

Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management, Southern New Hampshire University.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Katherine is a mom of three and actively involved in youth sports and community initiatives. She helps run a nonprofit focused on community engagement through basketball events and activities, providing scholarships for student-athletes. She also serves on her town lacrosse board, manages her children’s hockey team, and can always be found on a sideline or rink-side on weekends across New England.
