Ms. Tighe, as the Director of HR, is responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resources function at Haartz and serves as a strategic and tactical business partner to the executive team. Mary possesses more than 20 years of leadership experience in relationship building, human capital strategies, talent management and recruitment and retention. Prior to joining Haartz Corporation, she served as Human Resource Director of Boston Centerless, Inc.
