KLR Executive Search Welcomes Ken Martin

KLR Executive Search is excited to announce that Ken Martin has joined the firm as a Partner.

With over 15 years of experience in executive search and recruitment, Ken brings a wealth of expertise in placing senior executives across diverse industries including technology, finance, marketing, and operations.

Ken joins KLR from Tandym Group, where he has served as Managing Director of Executive Search since August 2022. Prior to this, Ken was a Director at Longford & Company, a premier technology consulting and executive search firm, which was acquired by Tandym Group in 2022. During his tenure at both Tandym and Longford, Ken specialized in placing VP and C-level executives in the New England area, working closely with clients across industries to identify and secure top talent in technology and finance.

Earlier in his career, Ken held the role of Practice Director at K2 Partnering Solutions, where he built the firm’s direct hire, permanent technology practice. Ken’s team focused on executive search across multiple sectors including Salesforce, SAP, Software Engineering, and emerging technologies such as AI, Robotics, and Blockchain.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science and Communications degree from The University of Maryland.
