Christina brings nearly 10 years of recruiting, business development, and client-consulting experience, with deep expertise in Operations, Accounting & Finance placements. In her new role, Christina will support clients across New England and beyond, helping organizations identify, attract, and hire high-impact leadership talent.

Prior to joining KLR, Christina served in progressive recruiting and account management roles at Randstad and Tatum, where she led searches for Accounting & Finance professionals and partnered directly with senior leadership teams to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. Her career also includes business development positions supporting cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, CRM/ERP solutions, and engineering talent needs, providing her with a broad understanding of today’s evolving workforce landscape.

At KLR Executive Search, Christina will focus on executive and senior-level recruitment, strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality candidates and drive measurable hiring outcomes for clients across a wide range of industries.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Gulf Coast University.
