In her new role, Ms. Williams will oversee all aspects of HarborOne’s employee benefits, compensation, and payroll areas. She will ensure the Bank’s compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, conform to current compensation strategies, and are in compliance with laws/regulations.

Prior to joining HarborOne, Ms. Williams was the Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Haemonetics. She also previously worked as Senior Vice President, HR Partnerships at Iron Mountain and the Director, Comp & Benefits for EMD Serono, Inc.
