Mr. Hamm, as the President & CEO, will oversee all organizational activities. In conjunction with the Board of Directors, he will establish the Bank’s strategic direction and related goals, objectives, and initiatives. Lloyd will also provide leadership to executive management ensuring the Bank meets customer needs and expectations. Prior to joining Newburyport, he served as President & CEO of Homefield Credit Union in North Grafton and COO and Dean of Anna Maria College’s Business School in Paxton. Hamm also worked at Eastern Bank for more than 26 years, touching upon several areas of banking, including business line management and development, technology, operations, and administration.
