KLR Executive Search Group, a national executive search firm, is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Caitlyn Mosher Ellis as Executive Director at Find the Cause Breast Cancer Foundation (Find the Cause).

Caitlyn brings over 15 years of executive-level experience with proven capabilities in leadership, communication, nonprofit fundraising, relationship building and strategic planning.

In her new role she will provide vision and strategic insight to the Board, Lead staff and Board in activities to achieve the Organization’s goals and provide strategic, visionary leadership to grow the revenues of the Foundation.

Prior to joining Find the Cause, Caitlyn spent most of her career with the Alzheimer’s Association, Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter. She earned her B.A. from Regis College.
