Oliver brings more than 16 years of executive search experience partnering with private equity firms, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging growth brands to identify and attract senior leadership talent. Throughout his career, he has led executive-level search engagements across a variety of industries, helping organizations build leadership teams during periods of growth, change, and transformation.

Known for his relationship-driven and consultative approach, Oliver works closely with clients to understand their business objectives, culture, and long-term talent needs. He has developed a strong ability to identify leaders who can navigate complexity, drive growth, and create meaningful impact within evolving organizations.

With a major in International Relations from The Maxwell School at Syracuse University, Oliver brings a globally informed, relationship-driven approach to his work.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Oliver is actively involved in his community. He coaches jumps for both the boys and girls indoor and outdoor track teams at LaSalle Academy and is a passionate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.
