Position Overview:

This role offers the opportunity be serve as a hands-on, strategic Vice President of Sales & Marketing and lead revenue growth, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration. This executive will align sales and marketing strategies with business objectives, manage a national and international team, and build systems that support long-term scalability and innovation. This is a key senior leadership role with future oversight of Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities include:

·        Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and success.

·        Lead and mentor a multi-tiered sales team and external reps.

·        Forecast, budget, and report on performance metrics and growth opportunities.

·        Build and implement CRM and ERP tools to optimize pipeline and process management.

·        Expand international presence through OEM and distribution channels.

·        Drive product launch initiatives and brand development.

·        Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Quality to support the company's overall goals.

·        Champion a customer-first mindset and identify at-risk accounts to retain and grow.

The Successful Candidate will bring:

·        Proven success in small, growth-oriented B2B organizations.

·        Experience in OEM and global distribution markets.

·        Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and high technical acumen.

·        Background in CRM/MarTech implementation and team building.

·        Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive change collaboratively.

Preferred Attributes:

·        Experience in small, nimble, and growth-oriented companies.

·        OEM and distribution channel familiarity.

·        International sales exposure is a must.

·        Comfortable with B2B, consultative, and solution-based selling.

·        Experience in CRM selection and implementation is strongly preferred.

·        Strong technical aptitude (engineering background a plus but not required).
