Long’s Jewelers, a family-owned leader in luxury fine jewelry since 1878, seeks a dynamic Senior Buyer, Fine Jewelry to drive strategy and growth in its Fine Jewelry department. This key role ensures a best-in-class product assortment across six New England locations and online, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong vendor relationships, a sharp eye for fashion trends, and a deep knowledge of diamonds, fine color, and fashion jewelry. Responsibilities include merchandise planning, inventory management, vendor negotiations, and leading a team of buyers. Success in this role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of fine jewelry buying experience

• Expertise in luxury vendor partnerships

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Technical jewelry knowledge and fashion awareness
