They are well-positioned for the new CEO to “take the Organization to the next level.” The culture is relationship driven and highly service oriented. 

Key priorities include: 

• Serve as the Chief Executive Officer under the guidance of the Board of Directors.
• Provide vision, leadership, and management for the development, communication, and execution of major corporate strategies and policies.
• Serve as a strategic, consultative partner and approachable leader focused on fulfilling their mission, vision, and values.
• Bring a progressive, forward-thinking mindset to build on the strength of the Organization while leading it in its next chapter.

The successful candidate will bring:

• A minimum of twelve years of progressively responsible experience in the banking/credit union industry in an executive leadership role (or equivalent).
• Solid experience with Finance, Lending, Marketing, Human Resources, Retail, and/or IT (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage a proactive partnership with a Board, Management, and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience serving as an active member of the community.
