TIVOL's shining legacy began with humble roots when European immigrant Charles Tivol opened a jewelry store bearing his family name in downtown Kansas City, MO. What began as a small storefront inside the Altman Building off Petticoat Lane, would soon take off and become one of the leading and most trusted jewelry stores in the region.
The Opportunity:
TIVOL is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing strategies that reflect the sophistication, heritage, and creativity of our luxury brand. The ideal candidate brings a mix of digital expertise, creative thinking, and prior management experience — with a background in premium or luxury markets. This is a key role for someone who understands the importance of storytelling, brand alignment, and relationship-building in the luxury space, and who is comfortable overseeing both strategy execution and people or project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations including campaign planning, calendar management, and asset coordination.
- Oversee brand communications across all platforms to ensure consistency with luxury positioning and visual identity.
- Lead and manage marketing staff, contractors, or freelancers as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with select media partners, influencers, and brand collaborators.
Job Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, design, or other premium consumer brands
- Previous experience managing a small team, freelancers, or cross-functional marketing projects is required.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email, and website content.
- Experience with print production, including catalogs, or editorial-style collateral.
- A strong eye for design and storytelling consistent with high-end branding.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and ability to interpret data for optimization.
- Experience working with influencers and/or media partners in a luxury or lifestyle context.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, CMS/CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
