  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations including campaign planning, calendar management, and asset coordination.
  • Oversee brand communications across all platforms to ensure consistency with luxury positioning and visual identity.
  • Lead and manage marketing staff, contractors, or freelancers as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with select media partners, influencers, and brand collaborators.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, design, or other premium consumer brands
  • Previous experience managing a small team, freelancers, or cross-functional marketing projects is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email, and website content.
  • Experience with print production, including catalogs, or editorial-style collateral.
  • A strong eye for design and storytelling consistent with high-end branding.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and ability to interpret data for optimization.
  • Experience working with influencers and/or media partners in a luxury or lifestyle context.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, CMS/CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
