Position Overview:

The Office Manager / HR & Operations Lead will be seen internally as the proactive go-to person - the problem solver whom colleagues turn to for all administrative needs and beyond. They will oversee daily operations, support staff, manage systems and financial processes, and serve as a reliable foundation for both leadership and the team.

This role will succeed a valued member of the firm who will retire at the end of 2026. The transition is being handled with thoughtful overlap to honor the value of the incumbent's enduring contributions and institutional knowledge in a collaborative way.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in office management and HR; legal setting background preferred but not required.
  • Strong aptitude for finance, billing, and benefits administration.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable adopting new systems.
  • Exceptionally organized, attentive to detail, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicative, approachable, and confident in leadership and collaborative roles.
  • Technologically adaptable, with experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; paralegal/legal assistant background a plus.
