The Opportunity:
This is a pivotal leadership hire designed to bridge ownership and the management team, bringing structure, accountability, and execution to day-to-day operations. The General Manager will take meaningful responsibility off the plates of ownership, allowing them to focus on strategy, growth, and the long-term vision for the business.
The role is intentionally broad and evolving. The right leader will be energized by the opportunity to formalize what already works well, introduce clarity and follow-through where needed, and help prepare the organization for future growth. This position offers strong visibility, trust, and a long-term runway, with the potential to grow into a top operational leadership role within the company.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of senior operations, general management, or comparable leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading managers and large, cross-functional teams.
- Track record of implementing SOPs, improving execution, and driving accountability across organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
- Systems-oriented mindset; ERP experience helpful.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, reporting, forecasting, marketing effectiveness, or customer experience.
The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000, plus additional benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function, and associated responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
