KLR Executive Search Group is proud to partner with Bally’s Corporation to recruit a Director of Finance for Bally’s Lincoln Casino Resort, Rhode Island’s largest gaming and entertainment destination.

This is a senior leadership role within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The Director of Finance will oversee all financial and casino accounting functions and will lead the Financial Controller, Casino Controller, and FP&A teams. The role is responsible for financial integrity, regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, and financial insight that supports operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead financial and casino accounting operations across the property
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and departmental P&L analysis
• Maintain strong internal controls, including SOX compliance and audit readiness
• Manage treasury activities, tax filings, and regulatory reporting (including RI Lottery)
• Oversee capital expenditure approval, tracking, and reporting
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across finance
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, operations, corporate leadership, and regulators
• Foster a culture of integrity, compliance, and ethical leadership

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and/or regulated-industry accounting and controls
• Proven people leader with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
• CPA or MBA preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $150,000 – $175,000
• Bonus opportunity of up to 25%, tied to performance
