Key priorities include: 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of credit analysts and underwriters.

• Oversee underwriting, credit risk management, loan structuring, regulatory compliance, and SBA 504 credit administration from initial review through final approval.

• As a member of Senior Leadership, help shape credit strategy, risk appetite, underwriting standards, and long-term lending initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring:

• A minimum of five to ten years of progressive commercial lending experience, including underwriting, credit administration, and/or credit leadership.

• Demonstrated success leading and mentoring teams.

• Familiarity with SBA 504 loan structuring preferred but not required.

• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• A self-directed, collaborative style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A growth mindset and the ability to bring ideas forward, execute effectively, and help advance the organization.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000–$225,000, plus additional benefits and bonus potential.
