KLR Executive Search Group is proud to partner with Wilson Farm (www.wilsonfarm.com) to recruit the Organization’s new Director of Human Resources. Wilson Farm has been in operation at its present location in Lexington, MA since 1884. James Alexander Wilson, W.M. Wilson, and brother-in-law George Reynolds came to Lexington from Enniskillen, Ireland. Here they were able to buy 16 acres of land and rent some of the surrounding fields for farming. Today the farm has expanded to 33 acres in Lexington, and to an additional 500 acres in Litchfield, New Hampshire.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional to lead and elevate Wilson Farm’s human resources operations. The Director of Human Resources will drive strategic initiatives while staying actively engaged in day-to-day operations, playing a vital role in attracting top talent, supporting dedicated staff, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in HR roles, preferably in retail or a customer-facing environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Bi-lingual skills preferred.
  • SHRM and/or HRCI Certification preferred.
