What began as a small storefront inside the Altman Building off Petticoat Lane, would soon take off and become one of the leading and most trusted jewelry stores in the region.
The Opportunity:
TIVOL is seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to join their team as an ERP & CRM Systems Manager. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to oversee the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day management of TIVOL’s ERP system while also playing a key role in CRM development and sales enablement.
Working closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams, the Manager will ensure technology systems align with evolving business needs and support a high-touch, sales-driven environment. This individual will lead ERP- and CRM-related initiatives, manage external vendor partnerships, and drive user adoption across the company—enabling more effective data-driven decision-making and streamlined workflows.

Job Qualifications:
• Jewelry knowledge and luxury retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work alone or on a team, in the office.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and familiarity with order processing and CRM software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or equivalent ERP systems, and Power BI.
• Extensive knowledge in Excel.
• A self-motivator and with ability to work autonomously in a small family-owned business.
