This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for a proven operator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. The COO will:

  • Translate the CEO’s vision into executable strategies, rhythms, and department alignment.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and performance frameworks across departments.
  • Provide leadership to Sales, Dispositions, Marketing, Finance, Transactions, Technology, and Green Growth initiatives.
  • Oversee financial operations in partnership with the Controller, including budgeting, forecasting, and banking relationships.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

The COO will work in person at the company’s Massachusetts headquarters (remote on Wednesdays) and help shape a collaborative, results-oriented culture that empowers people and drives sustainable growth.

The Successful Candidate Will Bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 3–5 years as COO, VP of Operations, or General Manager.
  • A proven track record of scaling founder-led or family-owned businesses—ideally within real estate, home services, building trades, or logistics.
  • Strong strategic and operational acumen, with the ability to lead across multiple departments and functions.
  • Experience implementing systems, tools, and KPIs to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to coach, empower, and hold teams accountable.
  • Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced settings where agility and execution are critical.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with real estate investment or wholesaling.
  • Background in entrepreneurial or family-owned environments.
  • Familiarity with performance operating systems (e.g., EOS).
  • A high-energy, hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.
