• BA and Advanced Certificate for Human Resources Management
• Serve as key strategic partner to the Executive Leadership team
• Experience overseeing HR teams ranging from 10 to 50
• Accountable for all aspects of Human Capital, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management/training, and compensation & benefits
• Experience leading HR function in both family-owned and large, global publicly-traded organizations
• Proven ability to build and realign Human Resources organizations and supporting infrastructure
• Broad industry experience, including consumer products, financial services, entertainment, and software
