• BS Degree and SHRM-SCP, HR Management certification, and SPHR certification
• Experience leading Human Resources for large, multi-state organizations and hospitality
• Experience with workforce immigration, HRIS management, total rewards, and change management
• Strong ability to execute initiatives from start to finish
