• MBA, MS, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
• Serve as key strategic partner to the Executive Leadership team and Board
• Experience overseeing HR teams of up to 30 professionals
• Accountable for all aspects of Human Capital, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management/training, and compensation & benefits
• Extensive Human Resources experience within the Financial Services industry
• Proven ability to build and realign organizations and supporting infrastructure, including acquisition experience
