• Extensive experience with PE-backed companies
• Strong due diligence, mergers and acquisitions experience
• Strong financial reporting experience
• Extensive background in manufacturing
• Budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis experience
• Oversight of Accounting, Finance, HR and IT functions
