• BS – Finance, CPA, and Big Four Accounting Experience
• Serve as key strategic partner to the Executive Leadership team
• Accountable for all aspects of Finance & Accounting, Operations, IT, Human Resources, and Legal
• Experience leading Finance & Accounting function in both family-owned and large, global organizations
• Broad range of hands-on experience includes strategic business repositioning, operational realignments, M&A, treasury/bank financings, and international tax
• Industry experience includes professional services, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate
