Don is a Partner on the KLR Executive Search team with over 15 years’ experience recruiting mid and senior level Banking, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting professionals across a variety of industries including: Banking, Financial Services, Biotech, Healthcare, Software, High Tech, Retail, Professional Services and Manufacturing.

He has extensive experience partnering with clients to find their ideal hire. His wide range of skills include sourcing, interviewing, and vetting candidates, editing resumes, preparing and de-briefing candidates and clients, offer negotiation and delivery and consistent candidate and client follow-up post-placement. Before joining KLR, he worked for Randstad as an Executive Recruiter.
